U.S. Senator Lummis: Bill to bring cryptocurrencies into the financial system is almost ready

After U.S. President Joe Biden signed an executive order addressing the government’s stance on cryptocurrencies, Republican Senator Cynthia Loomis of Wyoming announced that she is preparing a new bill to bring digital assets into the financial system.

Ms. Loomis, one of the most vocal cryptocurrency advocates in Congress, announced on Twitter on March 9 that she was putting the finishing touches on the bill with leading advocates and partners in the Senate, and almost ready.
