Cash App will support Bitcoin Taproot address compatibility before December 1.
According to CashAPP in a statement. In order to ensure the update, the Cash APP will confirm that the mainnet Taproot is activated. It can work as expected before it is released to all customers.
Before December 1, 2021, all Cash App customers will be able to send BTC to wallets that support Taproot. Cash App is a multi-functional transfer and payment software owned by Square.
