South Korean game giant WeMade will release the Wemix 3.0 testnet on July 1st, equipped with Wemix wallet and governance DApp, and will also launch a new game platform, Wemix Play. Wemade plans to officially launch the mainnet on August 1st after a thorough stability verification.
According to reports, Wemix 3.0 is designed to be a secure network protected from external threats based on 40 decentralized nodes.
From the planning stage, its development goal is to become a public chain that can flexibly integrate blockchain services such as games and decentralized finance into the network.
In addition, Wemade plans to introduce the stablecoin Wemix Dollar protocol in the third quarter, launch the Wemix DeFi service, and launch the DAO project platform Nile.
