Robinhood quarterly cryptocurrency revenue of $51 million

On October 27th, Robinhood, a stock and cryptocurrency trading platform, released its third-quarter earnings report.

In the quarter, operating income was US$365 million and a net loss of US$1.317 billion. In the second quarter, the company’s operating income was US$565 million and a net loss of US$502 million.

The platform’s cryptocurrency trading revenue in the quarter was only 51 million U.S. dollars, compared with 233 million U.S. dollars in the second quarter, a 78.11% decrease from the previous quarter.
