According to the Ethereum 2023 second quarter report released by Bankless, as of June 30, the revenue of the Ethereum network fell by 33.3%, from US$1.027 billion to US$847 million.
The dollar value of burned ETH fell 35% from $1.009 billion to $713 million. The ETH inflation rate dropped by an average of 213%, from 0.71% to -0.8%.
Average daily active addresses fell 6%, from 471,447 to 444,419.
Note: Network revenue measures the total value of transaction fees paid by users to Ethereum validators, and the portion of said fees that is burned (i.e. removed from the circulating supply of ETH via EIP-1559 burns).
