NFT sales surpassed $1 billion in both January and February 2023, however, sales figures declined in March and April.
According to the latest NFT sales data released by Cryptoslam in April, the sales amounted to US$732.13 million, a month-on-month decrease of 5.76%. That was down $44.75 million from $776.88 million in March.
Among them, Ethereum-based NFT sales dominated the market, with a transaction value of $485 million. However, sales of Ethereum NFTs fell 19% in April compared to March’s figures.
