The manifesto of South Korea’s leading presidential candidate has been released as an NFT consisting of videos created by YTN, the largest news network in the US.
In addition to the two main candidates, Lee Jae-myung of the ruling Democratic Party and Liu Xilie of the opposition People’s Power Party, YTN has also created NFTs that include video manifesto politicians from tech guru Ahn Cheol-soo.
At present, the NFT has been listed on the OpenSea platform, and they will be auctioned separately with a minimum bid of 1 WETH. In addition to artistic renderings of each candidate, they also feature videos of candidates speaking on the campaign trail, drawn from YTN’s election coverage. As of now, there have been no bids, and the auction will end on February 4.
