The majority of clients surveyed by U.S. banking giant JPMorgan believe the cryptocurrency Bitcoin will be above $60,000 by the end of the year. Only 2% of respondents believe that by 2023, Bitcoin transaction volume will eventually fall below $10,000. Still, JPMorgan clients don’t expect a massive rally in bitcoin this year.
According to the poll, only 5% believe the cryptocurrency will be able to climb above the $100,000 level. Additionally, Goldman Sachs estimates that if Bitcoin continues to eat away at gold’s market share, it could surpass $100,000 within the next five years.
