Canada’s Saskatchewan regulator warns against CoinRise Ltd.

On December 28th, the Financial and Consumer Affairs Administration of Saskatchewan, Canada (abbreviated as Saskatchewan) issued a warning against the cryptocurrency platform CoinRise Ltd., which claims to be based on Regina.

According to the warning issued on December 22, the online trading platform CoinRise Ltd. is not registered for trading and selling securities or derivatives in Saskatchewan. CoinRise Ltd. did not respond to CBC News’ request for comment on this warning.

According to CoinRise Ltd.’s website, it helps people “control your investment and raise your investment skills and abilities to a new level” through cryptocurrency trading and investment opportunities, and claims that its employees are “handling all aspects of finances” with Various partners have many years of work experience. The authority warns investors and consumers not to give money to companies that are not registered in Saskatchewan, because these companies may be illegal and cause investors to lose money.
